Engraving & Cutting

We use high-heat intensity lasers to engrave & cut materials, this may cause some burn marks on and around engravings & cuttings, especially, but not limited to raw wood materials. Where possible, we try to minimise the burn marks, however, if you have any concerns with regards to an order, please enquire.

Natural Timber Materials

We use mostly natural timber materials in the majority of our products & offerings, therefore, timber tones, grains, texture & consistency will differ from batch to batch, and these differences may also impact on the final engrave/cutting results. Again, if you have any concerns, please enquire.
