Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship to over 30 countries in the world.

How much does shipping cost and how long will shipping take?

Shipping costs are based destination, for specific freight costs, please see Checkout. For International Shipments, please check costs prior to purchasing.

What shipping companies do you use?

We use Post Haste, NZ Post national and international courier and NZ Couriers. All companies used are very reliable.

Are orders tracked?

Yes all orders are tracked. Tracking details are advised via Email once an order has been dispatched.

Can I collect my order and is there any cost for this?

No. Our factory is not set up for Public collection.

Will you ship to my PO Box?

Yes we can ship to PO Box address, however, additional costs may apply.

Customs Duties & Taxes on International Orders.

You the buyer are liable for any customs duties, taxes, VAT or tariffs imposed by your destination country. We advise you to check with your local customs office to determine what if any costs may be imposed.

We are legally required to declare the exact value of the products we send.

Returns & Exchanges

Personalised Products

Before we personalise any product we must receive proof approval from you the buyer prior to any works taking place, therefore, we cannot provide a refund on these products if you later find the information is incorrect. We use quality locally sourced supplies for our products, however, should there be any defect in the materials used, we will re-do the works or offer an alternative, again no refund will be given.

Non-Personalised Products

For non-personalised products such as those in our gift range, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will offer a full refund or exchange providing the product is returned in its original condition. Products need to be returned to the following address within 30 days of purchase. We will make contact with you within 3 business days to organise a refund or exchange.

Packaging & Delivery

We provide secure packaging for any items being shipped, however, should an item be damaged in transit, please email a photo to the following email address, we will contact you within 3-business days to discuss replacement details.
